Priority program numbers will be assigned in the order completed applications are received. When the Reservation Process begins, Members, by priority number, will have the first right to choose and reserve their preferred choice of floor plan and location before anyone else.

Members will be offered the lowest, pre-construction prices.
No increase in monthly fees for one year after move-in.
In addition to receiving a return of up to 100% on your entrance fee, Priority Members are entitled to one-half of any increase in the entrance fee paid by future residents. **
Priority Program Members will have application and escrow fees waived.
You will be able to select your interior finishes.
Receive $2000 of construction upgrades that can be used for amenities such as flooring, cabinets, appliances, and wall coverings.
The opportunity to purchase, prior to move-in, discounted memberships at the Fountaingrove Golf and Athletic Club.
Priority Program Members will enjoy sponsored luncheons and special events.
