Fountaingrove Lodge offers a selection of floor plans.  In the main lodge, there are 11 basic floor plan types, ranging from an 867 square foot one-bedroom apartment to a 2,552 square foot unit with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den and office. 

The “Flats” (a separate apartment building) offers three basic floor plans, two-bed/two-bath and some with a den.  The Tehachapi is a two-bed/two-bath stand-alone cottage, and we also offer two duplex cottage floor plans that are two-bed/two-bath with a den. 

Whatever residence you choose, you’ll find top-of-the-line flooring, countertops and appliances, and quality craftsmanship.  Every residence has at least one balcony or deck, and many have a fireplace.
