Continuum of Care

Residents feel peace of mind knowing they have the option of Fountaingrove Lodge's Signature in-home continued care services. Offering the best care available and staff who become like family, Fountaingrove Lodge's care keeps you safe and comfortable in your own home. A variety of support services are provided on-site. We offer temporary home health care, follow-up care during recuperation from short-term illness or injury, and full time care in the privacy of your own home. Services are appropriately tailored to each resident's needs and professional staff provides individualized assistance 24 hours a day.

In Traditions, the Care Center for Fountaingrove Lodge, caring support is provided to residents experiencing cognitive impairment related to Alzheimer's or dementia. If one spouse needs this special care, it is comforting to know they can be accommodated on the same campus.

Health and Wellness

Available to all Fountaingrove Lodge residents are scheduled:

  • Weight monitoring
  • Assessments as needed
